Mason CT has a 200-year-old history of product quality and reliability

The Joseph Mason company was founded in Derby in the United Kingdom in 1800 and soon developed a strong reputation for high quality finishes for coach builders. In 2000 Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes acquired the transport activities of Mason Coatings and with it the Mason CT commercial vehicle brand.

Mason CT has acquired a strong position in the in the commercial vehicle market of the United Kingdom by offering good product quality, expertise and reliability. In fact its high standards won special recognition in 1982 when it won the Royal seal of approval with the award of a UK Royal Warrant.

In 2002 AkzoNobel relaunched the brand in the United Kingdom and introduced Mason CT into continental Europe. The compact range comprises easy to use 1K and 2K primers / fillers, topcoats and complementary ancillary products
